War Changes People
Elijah and Xavier used to have morals when they killed an animal. Once Elijah started killing other humans he lost his morals. He started taking personal items from the dead bodies. He shows no remorse when he kills. I think that Elijah has gone crazy and feels nothing anymore and can kill very easily. Xavier sees that Elijah has changed since they've been at war and is worried about him. Xavier still has a hard time killing and is concerned that he is going to have to do something about Elijah. Elijah also speaks good english and even acts as if he is a white man. Xavier does not like the way Elijah is acting. I think that Xavier will do something to Elijah, maybe even kill him.

I agree with your point about Xavier going to end up killing Elijah, i feel that is how the book will end.
ReplyDeleteI feel that because Elijah is in war it is making he go crazy when he kills people, maybe he is bring up a part of his dark past? But I don't think that he will end up killing Xavier because he is war craved and wants to help make his impact. I feel that because Elijah is in the war and he is seeing such bad things around him, that he is building up a anger or sadness that his feeding his desire to kill and loot enemy soldiers.

I also agree with your point, I think Xavier is going to do something to Elijah or someone anyways. I believe Xavier is up to something but not sure what.
